"Named ingredients" and "dosed ingredients" sound similar but mean very different things. Here's why the distinction is worth understanding.
A named ingredient means the label tells you it's in the product — Panax Ginseng, for example — without necessarily telling you how much.
A dosed ingredient comes with an exact milligram amount on a Supplement Facts panel, letting you compare it directly against published research on that specific dose.
JellyRock names its five ingredients clearly but doesn't publish a milligram-level breakdown — it's named, not fully dosed, and worth knowing that distinction going in.
Named-but-undosed isn't automatically disqualifying, but it does mean you can't verify the formula against research the way you could with a fully disclosed label. Factor that into your expectations.
